We know that some of you may aspire to become your own District, Region and possibly beyond, rest assured that we are here to support you along the way. Talk with John about the best steps to take to ensure your complete success. There are guidelines that must be followed per USABG on when and how to promote within your team and as a Leader. These can be found in the back office.
We never want a Leader to feel crushed by the pressure or for their agents to be lacking in support as they begin. Bring your agents into our team calls, onto our slack system, etc. or feel free to find your own best practices if you would rather be more independent.
